Horrible company. I signed up with 3 year contract. Nothing but issues with my equipment. Been less than 4 months. I can’t even get anyone to return calls. Classic bait and forget.

This is by far the WORST Security company. My equipment has not worked for the last two months. I have called to get it fix and I was told that they couldn’t come out to fix the problem after hours. Customer service was very rude and I was not given any other options to get my equipment fixed. Very unexpectable
Just moved into a house where the previous owners used Vector Security. I have no interest in using them but want all their equipment removed and returned to them. They want to charge me a non customer to remove their devices. Come on…
