Level One Bank’s customer service is beyond pitiful. They treat you like a second class citizen and do not have your best interest in mind. Infact, it honestly feels like they strive to do the absolute minimum to satisfy their customers. I would highly recommend you bank literally anywhere else.
Lori and the Level One team is amazing. When my initial bank (nationwide change) could not service something that was needed for my business during the COVID outbreak, Level One stepped up big time. They are quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful! Could not recommend them highly enough.
This location does not have a branch inside. If you need to do early banking they can’t help you.
