  1. If the PATIENT was to run as late as this office does, they would never be seen AND would have the right to be charged. There is NO excuse to sit in a waiting room for well over an hour before being seen. Ridiculous.

  5. I had an MRI done here. The staff were friendly and professional. The service was great. Everything was clearly explained and I had minimal wait time. I highly recommend The Imagining Center!

  6. I was asked to undergo foot MRI here. Front desk staff made me sign a paper where it clearly said I would be billed 20% after insurance claim. I just received a bill with 50%. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this at all. I want Imaging center to call me and get this fixed.

  7. My experience was horrible! I had a 330 pm appointment and I didn’t leave till 6:30 pm. I have never been anyway that it takes 3 hours for a MRI! I would not recommend this place for anybody!!!!

  8. Virtually no wait. Very nice and accommodating! The technician did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Would definately suggest their services. Coffee was really good as well.

  9. We had the best experience here! My son was having stomach problems and they got us right in! The front desk was very prompt and professional. There was not a long wait time and the ultra sound technician was friendly and helped put our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend this place!!

  10. I waited 2 hours for a scheduled x-ray :/ then when I got called back finally. They didn’t have my information to do the X-ray… they mixed up my order from my doctor with another patient’s and then failed to locate mine. So I had to wait even longer… I wish my doctor would send me somewhere else to get imaging.
