I called to ask for the names of the workers who pick up our trash because they went out thier way and went above and beyond to do a good deed, Samuel and Brad your deed went further than you know. Drivers are very careless, I have only used them for about 6 months and they have damaged my fence twice and I have yet to see anyone out here to look at it so they can fix the damage.
Their trash guys are lazy leave a mess after they spill trash on the road..they ride on the back of the truck screaming idk why…an 3 weeks now they haven’t picked my trash up..I pay for 2 cans an I’ll stick one of theirs out with one of mine an they’ll leave my van full..next week I’ll be standing out there waiting…..
Trash was not picked up by late on day it was supposed to be picked up on. I called and was told they had changed up route and that they would be there. The next day it was still not picked up even after the lady in the office told me she would get them out there. Looks like I may need to be looking for someone else.

They dig through trash cans and leave anything unexpected on the grass or curb. They won’t take ANY bulk items, even when requested ahead of time by phone. They won’t except extra bags that won’t fit completely in can.
Do yourself a favor and call someone else to take care of your trash. We switched to Ameri-Tex and it’s less expensive and they show up when they’re supposed to. These people are a joke.

I go to legally pass one of their trucks because the driver is driving erratically and going 15 mph below the speed limit, and this jerk guns it and tries to drag race me in the rain in a garbage truck.
