  1. Just moved back to marshall after being away for 30 yrs. Do mot really care for their service at all, lights constantly go out almost every day of the week. And the surcharge fir the electricity was 200

  7. They are very rude. They send you notices about disconnecting you if you are one day late on your payment. You will not ever get your deposit back as they will lie to you on the phone. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, but they are that way because they have a monopoly.
