Horrible Drive Thru service at the Park Street location. There was no Teller available and this wasn’t the first time, or the 8th, 9th, and 10th time. The Teller was very rude when I inquired why I had to wait more than 10 minutes for service.
If you want a infuriating bank to bank with go here. They give you short answers for questions that other banks have answers for but not this one I’ve been a member since 2017 and as soon as 2021 comes in closing my account
Easy, Courteous, Quick Service
I have been a member here for over 10 yers and I am fed up with them. You cannot talk to a human being when you call, this business used to be all about customer service, which is why I joined. Something has changed in the last couple of years. I know I am only one person, but I am going to take my money somewhere else.
The tellers at JAX Federal CU on 103rd street are so friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel special just walking through the door. All banks should model their operations after this one
Every visit is like going to a friends house, they have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Your not just another number they know me by name and I Highly recommend you check out JFCU. I am sure they can help with any and all your financial needs.
For a financial transaction, I went with Jax Fed instead of Wells Fargo because they processed my paperwork more quickly. They were proactive in answering my questions, and pleasant to deal with.
