Just know that you’re going to wait a LONG time here. It seems to me that they are more concerned about keeping a big backlog for the doctor than they are about patient convenience. With the current virus concerns you wouldn’t expect to be crammed in with a bunch of people in the second waiting room.
I doctors and staff are fantastic, but they overbook to the point that you must wait for 1-2 hours for your appointment. They always run late without concern to their patients.

My daughter had an appointment at 2:30pm, we arrived at 2:15. It is now 4:35 and she hasn’t been seen. I asked the front desk and I was told it’s normal to have to wait 3hrs. What is the point of an appointment. If 0 was an option thats what they deserve.
A pleasant experience with well trained staff, comfortable waiting areas with amenities and free wi-fi. A stream lined visit with no real waiting except for the dilation of the eyes, which takes time. Dr Sullivan is extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional.
