Get with the times folks – it doesn’t cost you any money to process a payment online or over the phone. First mortgage company I’ve had that does this. I’m going to have to use paper checks again for the first time in years. Ridiculous! …

Was just transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing and they charge a $15 fee to make an online payment. They offer ‘free’ methods of auto-pay or mailing a check in. Very bad customer service.

This used to be Hollywood Connections. The happiest fun center in Utah. Now it’s a garbage mortgage company that doesn’t deserve a light of day.
