I had cataract surgery back in May 2022. I had to pay up front and cannot get them to submit the bills to Medicare so I can get my money back. This seems to be a recurring thing with them. I have called Medicare and Southpoint multiple times with no luck. Avoid them unless you don’t need to get paid back.
