An average financial institution. I often make loan payments by phone and its obviously an inconvenience for staff to conduct this service. It gets accomplished but its extremely slow and the general phone etiquette reflects the displeasure they have with my need to use this service.
worst credit union i’ve ever dealt with. did not reach out when my insurance sent them the wrong document, raised my interest rate without telling me, never called me or tried to contact me when a problem/ issue arose, etc. if you’re …
This bank does not care about the people who trust in this bank to store their hard-earned money. They will not help you find reasonable resolutions for charges that occur to your account, but more so interact with customers with a “it is what it is, I just work here” mentality. Bank elsewhere.

All good, great for shared-branch co-op network transactions. Safe, courteous, efficient service inside. There is also drive-up service.
