The Neurology Group Reviews ( 51 )

  1. After reading all of these reviews it makes sense why they haven’t returned my call. And also why i stayed on the hold for 15 mins and i still didnt get to make an appointment.

  2. My fiance was in a her Efik accident after days of showing erratic behavior lack of taste lack of smell and acting argumentative aggressive and heritable they did not even have the common sense to do with 2nd am I the neurology department did not even get involved

  3. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT SHOULD BE FIRED – COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS AND REPEATED 1HR DRIVES TO PHARMACY TO PICK UP PRESCRIPTION AND STILL NOT CALLED IN AFTER 3 WEEKS!!?? THE INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CARE FROM A MEDICAL CLINIC SUCH AS THIS IS …

  4. This is one of the worst offices I have ever visited I have had a appointment here for a long time and after being postponed last minute they canceled the appointment and wanted to inform me that the next available appoint was in February when mine was originally in the beginning of November funny I pleased with this office

  5. Currently on the phone, wait time so far 50 minutes. I keep hearing someone pick up then immediately place me back on hold. No one has come to the phone yet to schedule my appointment. How do these people have jobs in customer service?? Completely ridiculous!

  6. I was seen in 2017 and after multiple attempts to have them fax my appointment details to my primary care physician they final sent them in November of 2019. This establishment is one of snake oil and mysticism. Neuroscience is another …

  7. They next to never answer their phone and when the automated system answers it leaves you on hold for literally 20 minutes or longer..and if you do happen to get luckly enough to get a live person they are Rude! ….not so luckly after all….My doctor referred me …..yet after calling for five days in a row I gave up…

  8. Thank goodness for this group. I loved everyone. Araceli up front, Edith the MA and both doctors I have. I feel like they have my back and we will figure out what is going on. Definitely five stars!

  9. The doctors are not bad, but the staff needs to be switched to people who actually care… I’ve been waiting on a response from the office and change of medication for over a week for my mom. And it’s not the first time.

  10. Extremely inefficient office. They never answer the phone, nor return voice messages. They never obtain authorizations from insurance for medicine. It’s a total disaster office. Doctors are ok, but good luck on getting any satisfactory …

  11. This was a follow-up from a stroke my mom had in December of 2017. I thought that she was going to have an exam. The doctor ask me a few questions, told me to watch her diabetes and high blood pressure and keep it under control and see you …

  12. Amazing team everyone was so kind and personable.
I will highly recommended this medical practice!
From the start they were all so efficient and kind answering all our questions. …

  13. Brought my son to see Dr Kahlon for a initial visit to schedule an EEG; I also had my daughter with me. My children are both young and have Autism, in busy environments and during long waits they can act up (as most children do) out of …

  14. If I could rate this place negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. All I needed was a piece of paper stating I have a diagnosis. They tried to make me schedule an appointment. Why the hell would I need an appointment for a piece of …

  15. Disappointing. As others have said, it’s EXTREMELY difficult to get anyone on the phone. When I finally did, after two weeks of trying, the excuse was that they answer phones for six offices. Then hire more people. We have to use this office because of the insurance company. If you have more freedom, don’t go here.

  16. Doctor Kahlon is great, BUT the one star is for the office staff. Not very attentive. Yes, when you walk in everyone says “Welcome”, but they say it in a generic way and some employees don’t even bother looking up. On a couple occasions …

  17. Dr. Surjit Kahlon lied about me having a seizure this year to the DMV when it was 7 years ago so I lost my licenses. When I was cleared when it happened 7 years ago by USC. This place is horrible doctors and they never answer the phone I have been on hold for more than 10 mins

  18. Let’s hope my appointment with Dr. Mathur goes well. Making an appointment did not. It took way longer than it should. Nancy who scheduled me kept hemming and hawing and acting like she was a ditsy freshman in high school. She was unprofessional and barely competent.

  19. Referred to this neurologist a year ago and have been re-scheduled more than 3 times to only speak to a doctor less than 10 minutes. I leave messages and send texts to be old that the medical assistant will get back to me and never does. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

  20. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. If not longer, I understand that they are busy, I’ve had a couple times where it was an hour and half until we were seen. My MIL has dementia and walks with a walker. There are 2 handicap …

  21. Don’t waste your time going here!! The office staff sucks. Their rude and they can’t get anything done. I have been waiting 8 weeks just to get a medication because of their negligence. They can’t fill out proper forms and send them to …

  22. My 16 year old son saw Dr Collen in the Rancho Cucamonga office for post concussive syndrome. I had no difficulties with scheduling the appointment and the office staff was courteous and helpful. Dr Collen’s medical assistant was friendly …

  23. I see alot of bad reviews but I have a feeling it’s because they have never worked in a a Doctor’s office. The staff was prompt and courteous and Dr Farsani was thorough. I have been to many neurologists since diagnosed with MS. I have …

  24. The staff at The Neurology Group are always doing their very best to make sure that everyone is taken care of. I have been a patient since June of 2018. During my time with them I have always had great experiences. The staff is friendly …

  25. Staff claims messages will be given to doctors. No matter how much you call and leave a voice-mail for prescriptions, routine mri they are not diligent in follow ups. …

  26. The doctors are fine but the staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered at any medical facility. The physicians’ assistants never return calls, there are incredibly long wait times whether you’re on the phone or in the waiting room and then …

  27. Stay away from this place. They are the most unprofessional medical group my family and I have encountered. They make and change appointments and don’t notify you until you’re there. They cancel appointments with the excuse that the …

  28. The staff is terrible! They cancel appointments the day of the appt and don’t notify you in advance. They just tell you like it’s not a big deal once you are there. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone. I have NEVER experienced such an …

  29. I had an appointment at 230. I got a call to confirm I will be available. Off course I want my results. Yet it is 5 o clock they are close and I never got my call back. I called at 3 to see if I have to call or if the Dr. Was. I was told I …

  30. Maybe it was just an off day for them but i took my significant other to an appointment here and we waited in the waiting room longer than we were in with the doctor. The doctor barely introduced himself or the student with him then …

  31. Terrible experience ongoing for well over a year. Scheduling is impossible and dont expect any call back. This place with very flakie doctors, are not interested in quality work. This place is a disaster. Do NOT go there.

  32. Dr Ratinoff was the greatest. He had time for EVERYONE. Yes, the waiting time could be long..but he would see everyone. Lovely man. He was my doctor when my biological mother was single and struggling. He made so many things possible. Truly lovely man. A+++

  33. This is the worst office to call and make an appointment, the staff asks you a lot of questions just to make a simple appointment. I’m not sure about how the Doctors in there treat you but, had to call my Doctor to change my referral to a different provider.

  34. I have been going to The Neurology Group for a couple years. I receive prompt, professional treatment from this location and Dr. Cozi is the most professional, kind and considerate doctor I have ever met. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

  35. After going to 2 Neurologists prior was finally able to get a proper diagnosis with Dr. Altamimi Sadiq. He ran all tests necessary and always had a great bedside manner. Nathalia the NP was also very helpful and nice as well

  36. Wait time on phone is absurd. When you finally get someone, you can’t understand them AND the guy I spoke with sounded bored out of his mind. I wanted to reschedule since im sick, but the guy yold me they were booked ip all the way through …

  37. Ignored by staff during check-in, Dr. prescribed medication without even running any tests or knowing my medical history, very vague about diagnosis, staff scheduled test appointments without consulting my availability. Not sure I have …

  38. After YEARS and MANY studies with other Neurologist I was finally diagnosed!!
It was an ugly diagnosis but at least I finally know what I have. The staff was kind and the doctor although a bit dry still gave me a hat I needed. I figure in his line of work you know? All in all yesI HIGHLY recommend

  39. This place is probably the worst ran doctors office ive ever been to. The receptionist are extremely rude. Especially the fat one with the big forhead. She was the worst. Scoffing at everything we said. Its really sad that the receptionist …

  40. Bad communication. Poor customer service. They don’t even keep proper records and the people who work for them can’t seem to find what Dr you talked to or what your treatment plan is. Always new Drs because (I’m guessing) they have a high attrition rate. You are better off not going.

  41. Absolutely the worse doctors office in the world. They changed my appointment twice and when I come in they had me at a different time. They told me i had to wait 4 hours to be seen. Their office staff is rude and unprofessional. Eventually …

  42. Dr.Kahlon is great! But the staff is horrible. I waited for 3 hours. 2 hours to get seen because the incompetent staff put my sign in sheet in the wrong area. I was a new patient and was not given any new patient paperwork despite me asking …
