Worst customer service ever!!! Applied for a loan. I was left a message to call back and speak to Jacqueline. I tried everyday for a week, and she was never available left 10 messages and nothing. Still waiting on that call.
$1000 limit on withdrawals from my account for no given reason. I had more than that taken out multiple times and all of a sudden I can’t access my money. On top of that the staff was rude. Never getting my business again.
The staff is very helpful and kind. I will always be grateful for their assistance. I do not forsee myself banking anywhere else. Also, love that this is a local bank.
Ive been with Mountain Star for about 20, 25 years and in all those years each and every member has been there for me when I most needed them. ” Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart”.
I had spoken to Jackie and she said she was going to email me so I can send her the documents needed. I never received the email. I decided to apply online, she then asked for my pay stubs the next day and didn’t hear from her anymore. I had to call & ask for the status. Never doing any business with them in the future.
