I have NEVER been treated so well! Could not ask for better staff or care. I literally have avoided hospitals at ALL COST due to the lack of care and compassion coming from staff and facility. Here I look online and this hospital has only …
Most of my stay was good. The nurses were, except one, were very attentive and quick to respond when I needed them. However, the CNAs were hot and miss with answering my light. I had problems with a urinary device and was left laying in …
This hospital was terrible. I have too many complaints to share. But relevant that covers all aspects is that you are supposed to feel safe when you are admitted to a hospital. I felt very unsafe. There were a few really caring nurses and assistants but the communication was terrible between the doctors and patient d nurse to doctor.
I had a major surgery here, and they exceeded my expectations! They were on time, prepared, and most of all, everyone involved was friendly and comforting!
I would never recommend this hospital to give the opportunity to give birth at especially if you’re alone I had my son at this hospital and I Felt totally discriminated against from the nurses downstairs one nurse act as if she didn’t want …
Nursing staff and Physical Therapist were pretty good . Felt I had to stay on top of my care. Was discharged after a full hip replacement without having an approved and confirmed home Physical Therapist assigned to me. Was not given any …
If I could give it zero Stars I would. They are so disorganized and they saw me for everything else other than what I came in for and when I asked them to look at it they gave me attitude. I was diagnosed with food poisoning and after I was …
Armela N is the RN in the ER && she is rude. My mom was waiting here for 8 hours && did not get seen . && when I tried to express we are going to leave she said she cannot remove the IV for her && that we had to stay. So I called over another nurse who was happy to do so.
In the ER, my care team was helpful to my situation. The ladies is CT weren’t very helpful and hurt me when I started throwing up. Practically pushed me on my side when I said I couldn’t move. Once I got to my floor, every staff member was …
Amazing service!!!I was admitted and treated right away very professional in timely manner.all staff are very welcoming ,frinedly and accommodating.Highly Recommended this to everyone!!!keep up the good job yoh all!!!

My momma was helicoptered in from Kingsman and has sat for over 8 hours awaiting to be seen. This is unacceptable. Still she sits in waiting. We are going on your 9. This inhumane and completely unacceptable.
Thank you Sunrise Hospital for taking care of my husband for a week. Your staff is so kind and caring. You cared and worked tirelessly to find what ails him. We appreciate you all.
I was given the best care possible under the circumstances. With the nurses, CNA’s and Doctors being overwhelmed, my care was great. A special shout out to my Nurse, Carol. She listened and was a great advocate for my well being. She …
I am a patient of the V.A., and I am also transgender but I also live within the city limits of Las Vegas. Thus when I call 911 it is the Las Vegas Fire & Rescue that is sent out and they can only take me to Sunrise or Valley hospital due …
My pre-op and surgical experience was fantastic. I really felt cared for and respected as a patient. I want to give 5 stars but unfortunately in recovery I felt ignored and rushed. It felt like under different circumstances the woman …
It was a long day with a lot of waiting, but I understand the hospital is very busy. Overall, the experience was good. The staff was excellent. They were polite, kind, helpful, happy and all smiles. They were also confident in there roles. Hospital was clean and orderly.
I received quality care at the Sunrise Hospital Emergency Room. The ER was clean, and the staff were stellar. I was seen by many people and dealt with a lot of different staff, and they were all professional and serious about my care. …
Had my baby a week ago. All the l&d nurses were super nice and had great bedside manners. Everyone worked with me to keep me comfortable during labor and after. We asked all the questions we could and all the nurses gave us all great answers. 10/10
It was tearable made you wait to long and security harassed me because I had my service dog and one lady security officer told me she was going to kick me out because of my dog and when they finally harassed me enough to leave she followed …
I came into Sunrise hospital last night from the Westgate poker room because I had serious trouble breathing. When I got here I have been treated with the utmost professionalism one particular nurse I would like to praise is Nurse Darcy. …
On 02/22/2022 I had surgery, I am very petrified of preparing for surgery. Veronica, the amazing nurse made her best effort to take all my anxiety to zero. I can’t say enough of her professional and kind manner. And the other nurse …

I was seen right away at the time of admittance in the Emergency. The Medical staff Nurses and Doctor are very helpful and took care of me with utmost care❤️
I went to the emergency room at Sunrise Hospital expecting to do a lot of sitting around and waiting to be helped. Within minutes of checking in I was called in for a consultation. After that I was taken in for various tests, never …
The lady that greets and assists patients in front of the Admission Counter is AWESOME. She has such a positive attitude that cannot go unnoticed. She’s always smiling and looks forward to the next patient encounter. I have been to Sunrise …
I had heard a few comments about this hospital over the past few years and I am pretty confident that all comments were not positive experiences so I went in expecting a bottom of the barrel experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. …
For being short staffed, they are really rude there. The lady that checked me in gave me a picture of someone else and had an attitude once I told her that wasn’t me. Horrible place to be in the hospital in general I would not recommend …
The breast center always does such a great job. The staff is competent and caring. You leave with answers and a plan. This is always my place of choice. Jeri walks you through what she is doing, keeps you updated in the waiting room and …
I went to the emergency room on January 6 after fainting twice while passing blood and throwing up fiercely! E.r. doc ordered CT scan. My insides were severely enflamed. He admitted me and ordered antibiotics to be administered thru i.v. I …
Very professional nurses everyone was so kind and helpful the nursing staff on my 4th floor were Angels I can only one of their names he was Charles I give them 10
I had a testing procedure performed in the surgery department. From the moment my wife and I entered the building until the time we left we were treated with courtesy and respect by very well trained and considerate professionals.
The wait was terrible and I still wasn’t able to get my results due to very long wait times. It took me by surprise when I saw people in the waiting room with IVs getting fluids I never saw anything like this before and thought it was very unsanitary.
Had got two stitches in my foot I had a pretty bad cut I was treated in a timely manner.I feel like vip treatment everytime i go there.great doctors
Omar
waited too long to get with doctor to review my x-ray. patient waiting room was full & they did a blood draw on a patient while i was waiting. checked myself out after a 2 1/2 hour wait to see doctor after being told he would have the …
They’re employee Lindsey Molnar has been has been making TikTok videos displaying neglect behavior. Man of her former co workers have mentioned that the hospital has know about her abusive behavior but doesn’t address it. The hospital doesn’t value patients safety
My mom was bright here for 6 broken ribs and the nursing staff have been very attentive to her , only thing is the cafeteria doesn’t have much verity of food to choose from and is dirty ,,, they need to keep it clean,,
Most Horrible hospital to go to in Las Vegas patients waiting on the floor And in Chairs waiting room for over eight to Nine hours waiting to be bed.. this is they Game they play with you ..so you can walk away in so many words they can’t …
I spent over 12 in the hallway only to get moved to a part of the hospital that is barely used I was told I would be moved to a room upstairs I never did I ask for my medicine I waited for over an hour to get it I was then informed that I …
Great experience..they really took care of me on time for my meds and meals was not bad either….and did not bother me to much… Nurses for excellent in making sure that my care was taken care of and so it was a doctor’s I had to do a …
Don’t go here if you can help it. Went here for a facial injury and no one helped clean the wound or dried blood I had to do it myself limping to the restroom in front of nurse station. they didn’t even dress my still bleeding gash when I was discharged.
The nurses were nice but it’s taken forever to recieve my results for my heart tests like 5 hours what the heck I will go to another hospital from now on if I can help it this is ridiculous.
I was not given a diagnosis to my problem. I was offered whatever medication I wanted for pain. I felt I was not attended to. The doctor was rude and not compassionate at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to my worst enemy.
If I could I’d give negative stars.
I addressed to the EMT and the hospital what happened and what hurts, got X-rays&& was misdiagnosed. Was discharged from the hospital with a sprained ankle and …
From pre-admit (Maria & Jennifer), Admissions (Ebony & Avis), Dr. McCraw and his OR team are top shelf professionals that have heart and compassion. I was comfortable from start to finish.
The staff is unbelievably friendly and very knowledgeable and professional.
One thing wrong so. I don’t know if it’s your employee or the ambulance persons, but they lost my husband ID card. Not nice.
I do thank you for all you did so.
Really good doctor and nurses. Dr.Frerenzy and Nurse Cecile we’re super amazing and friendly, made me laugh and calm down! I’m not sure if thats the correct spelling. Overall great experience, thank you for helping me!
I arrived at the Children’s hospital entrance and the sign in lady was unfriendly and rather rude. I wondered to myself, what did I get myself into? The rest of the experience was fine. I’m not good at names but kudos to Kevin the pre …
From check-in to leaving I had a phenomenal experience
The staff was all great, my surgery got pushed back because the doctor got there a little late, but I was comfortable the entire time, and the nurses went out …
If it were not s requirement I wouldn’t evrn give 1 star. The ER department is the worst. Full of nurses who don’t care or know how to. Everyone was acting like they hated the patients. Very dismissive and just flat out rude and inconsiderate.
My mom had surgery on her neck and they sent her home without verifying the pain medications so she has been at home for 3 days in pain do to the negligence of this hospitals staff and dr akhavan specifically for sending my mother home without the proper documentation and verification of medication.
I was a visitor to Las Vegas and had to be rushed to Sunrise for care. I found the staff to be very caring, they found my problem and supplied with me the meds I needed to control my issue until I could return home. For that I thank everyone who helped me.
Overall the experience was fine. However, my results have still not been received by my referring doctors office for my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. Nor have they received my results from last year which I was specifically asked about and was told they would be sent right over after I finished my visit.
Everything was just fine until it was time for me to check out and go home. Then I seemed to be a “get her out ” inhumane body. I will say though that William who gave me my discharge papers and assisted me with a ride home was exemplary in his care toward me. Thank you William!
This. warzone should be shut down! filthy over crowed , Worst Experience, ever 24 hour wait in Emergency! Disgraceful! this is the United States Pour excuse of A Hospital! Treating people that have a real Emergency, like Animals! The Health Department will be notified! Do not go to Sunrise Hospital! for warned!
Doctor Chin came by my hospital bed while I was in the restroom and then discharged me with a blood infection without ever even meeting me. He did not prescribe antibiotics until my nurse convinced him to. TERRIBLE hospital and doctor. This …
From beginning to end unbelievable customer service. Professional, informative. Each representative made me feel like I knew them and they knew me. Kind, personable Best customer service I have ever had!
I was at Sunrise in 2020 for surgery. Horrible experience. Long story short I was cut open for no reason. Surgery never happened but I was cut open. FF 2022 I’ve been in the ER since 10am and told I would be admitted. Well it’s 10:55 pm and …
Went to this hospital and saw racism at its best 4 white nurses and doctor yelling and verbal attacking a patient it got so bad that I left the hospital without getting the care I need because the nurse and doctors on duty 12/25/22 @1:52am …
The best hospital visit I’ve ever experienced. I went in with a swollen face and in dire pain. I was called back right away. I did X-rays, CT Scan and EKG and was given meds through an IV. I was in and out in 2 hours. This hospital saved my life. I’m forever grateful for this place and the staff. I seriously can’t thank you all enough
I had a very pleasent experiance at Sunrise Hospital. I had a head injury and was in ICU. I was treated very well. All the Nurses and staff were absoultly wonderful to me. A big thank you to all!
BAD EXPERIENCE! Don’t come here. My dad was brought in due to coughing up blood as well as bleeding from his nose. We’ve been waiting for 3-4 hours to get help. I honestly don’t recommend coming here unless you have your whole day available to wait. You will be stuck in a waiting room with plenty of others and get help from no one.
My husband is in there and the staff is horrible. He is being left in the bed without being turned. After being there for 1 week he has bed sores and that’s pure neglect. He can’t eat solid food but the kitchen only sends him regular food he can’t eat. We are working as hard as possible to get him moved to and acute rehab.
All the staff were very friendly and my surgeons were very competent. I would recommend this hospital and staff to anyone contemplating surgery. Security at the hospital is excellent.
My wife is handicapped and it took us over an hour to find a parking place making me late to my appointment by 20 minutes. The check in process is absolutely horrible. I had to check in at 4 different locations even though I pre-registered …
Nurses were great ! Rooms were big and clean but the doctor that delivered my baby Dr Alnajjar was horrible she treated me so badly to the point where I asked her to leave as she was stitching me up that’s how bad I wanted to her leave the room . HORRIBLE doctor Dr Eva Alnajjar
I came in because of pain and numbness in my left arm I left with pain and numbness in my left arm and all they could tell me is we don’t know. I thought when you went to the hospital they were supposed to help. I remember when they wouldn’t send you home if they didn’t know what was wrong with you. What happened? What changed?
Horrible service, and obviously greatly understaffed. Sat for over 20 hrs in the hallway of the ER waiting for a simple Echo scan. They seem more worried about cramming in as many patients as possible for a buck more than they do about actual care. I mean, who doesn’t want to beat a 6.1 billion dollar profit from the previous year.
Maggie smith in the ICU was an amazing nurse there needs to be more nurses like her in the world. Debbie in the er was also amazing this was such a Pleasent hospital all the staff was amazing they save my husbands life and we are forever greatful
Excellent. my urinary emergency of urine retention was
handled immediately by the ER team. AM grateful. Now my problem
is going forward w/a urologist. Thankyou Sunrise ER.
The worst hospital staff ever. Asked for a charge nurse numerous times. Every time I pushed the call button they would answer and ask what I needed and no matter what it was they would take an hour to over two to come and take care of what …
It was clean quite, nurses were very polite and understanding, helpful, made you feel that you mattered . If you needed a snack in the middle of the nite no problem. They were always helping with a smile.
This was the worst hospital visit I ever had. The amount of time in the waiting room was ridiculously long and to have abdominal pain and waiting for imaging for 7+ hours and never received it, I end up leaving and going to another hospital. This is a subpar Healthcare facility and I will not be returning for any future needs.
Thank you jasmine and all the nurses and doctors for make my time there so comfortable we need more people like them kind and nice. They are there to help so me nice and they will go out of there way to make you comfortable and assuring that evey thing will be fine. THANK YOU 😊… …
Went to ER because of blood pressure spike that was due to tooth pain from a dental procedure the previous day. The nurse took my blood pressure, and then I spoke with doctor less than 60 seconds. Doc wrote me an RX to get filled and sent …
Terrible experience, waited for hours to be seen. I can in an ambulance from a quick care facility to be seen by the burn care unit to care for my 2nd degree burns that covered 8% of my body. I was only triage and sat in a waiting room for hours. I left and receive medical attention elsewhere..
Hospital does not have enough beds. Waited all night sitting in waiting room. No one ask once if I had pain from my kidney stone which I was there to have surgically removed. Not sure yet if I have seen a more horrible medical facility.
Horrible! I never spoke to the doctor, I was in the ER for seven hours and never given results about anything. After seven hours I asked to be discharged and still have not spoken to the doctor about my visit. I was told because I wasn’t trauma I was not a priority.
Which visit are you talking about? I have been to the Sunrise Hospital several times at each time I go it’s a different experience. There is no consistency. Also there is no communication between the doctors and the patients. I find it very hard to see how Sunrise Hospital stays in business sometimes.
Best Children’s hospital in the valley. My L&D nurses, Nelen & Shak were both amazing. Of course Dr. Ibay is the best doctor hands down. Thank You Sunrise Hospital for having awesome staffs who do care about the patient’s well being.
The lady helping me in the ER was short with me, rude and disrespectful. I left feeling horrible. She talked down to me and treated me very unkind. Like I was a bother to her and she just wanted me out of there. I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received there.
I felt like family from the minute I walked in. A Registrar walked up to me to get started. I was offered a ride in a wheelchair to my preop location. Any question I may have had was quickly answered. I was not treated as an object, but as …
I want to thank the staff on the cardiac rehab floor. What a team, they are second to none. Thank you for the care and treatment that i recieved. You folks are great. I will incourage everyone that has to be treated for cardiac rehab. To trust this team.
Excellent service! Especially to my Dr.Ronald Hofflander, just wanted to say thank you so much Doc. You’re Great doctor and the rest of the Doctors, nurses and the admitting staff and registration excellent service. Highly recommended.
Horrible, very Horrible. Word cannot describe the experience I had. I was sent to Sunrise hospital from my visit to my cardiologist. I was experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath. The situation changed when the shift changed. …
The worse I called 8 times two days in a roll to speak with the nurse that is in charge of the care of family member, they operator transferred to different area except the nurse station I was disconnected in a few occasions, even they …
The care I received was ” Top notch”. This was my first experience being hospitalized, and I am very grateful for the personnel you have on staff. They were amazing ! Thank you so much.
6 hours in the ER waiting room, waiting for a hospital bed . They are understaffed for sure, probably so that the big wigs make sure they take home a nice fat paycheck,. Sorry. It has been 10 hours now and I still am not admitted to my bed hospital.
Always a great pleasure to go to the Sunrise Hospital and Medical center Emergency room and be treated by competent and happy trained professionals; however, please understand I’m not looking forward to my next visit.
Keep up the good work.
Very organized and caring from start to finish during my visit.
Organized check-in. Excellent nursing staff and new facilities. Staff in MCU, Jessica & Sam were very professional and caring.
Thank you.
I have been in this place for over 9 hours. Staff in charge of checking in was rude after asking for an estimate time after being here for 6 hrs. Nurse Practitioner also rude. Get to the room, doctor was in after 15 mins. Then it took more …
I waiting over 4 hours to be discharged it was to many homeless people and bad smell’s I did not like the staff after I was done with my treatment. It need to change i don’t like the jail style of the ER. So uncomfortable.
Had a major surgery and was very pleased with everyone. Never felt alone or forgotten. Everyone was very attentive and caring. Clean and comfortable. Really like this hospital & staff.
Hi my name is Denise Jenkins Perry, my experience with Sunrise Hospital PEDS, was a exceptional. The staff from Doctors, Nursing Staff: “Ladies you are phenomenal!!!!” and the EMT’S Social Workers every hand and heart that provided love and care for my grandson Khalil….May God continue to bless you. Thank you all
Overall was very good only problem is the Patient Belongings were NOT transported with the patient when transporting to a different hospital. They have the belongings still at Sunrise but Im from out of town & can not get there to get them. How do I get Patient Belongings back? Overall care was good but not this.
The people were very nice and professional until I got to the end, I had to be in the recovery for 4 hours! A nurse named Nicole was SOOOOO LOUD, inconsiderate of other patients! I understand being friendly, but LOUD, not acceptable. I could not rest due to her lack of disrespect . 4 hours I had to listen!
Waited 14 hours to get in a room. Food was nasty bland & nurses were great. Most doctors were good but the one who did my endoscopy never spoke to me after the procedure. I’m still confused about the results
I want to thank Dr. Patel and everyone that helped to make my stay here comfortable. Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. Special shout out to Krystal, Ashley, Lydia, Al June, Brenda, Jeremy, Sandi, and Brenda 5th flr.
Thank you all.♥️
Just spent 4 days there including 10 hours of surgery. The nurses are top notch. Everyone was so kind. So helpful. Cassie, Sasha, Christine, Cherisse, Renelle, Elizbeth and more. Thank you!!! AOS wing nurses rock!!!
Nobody called me even though I am my dad’s POA. I live in Michigan and couldn’t get out due to storm coming and Holiday. I called several times to see what happened. They kept hanging up on me by the time I was transferred to the ER room. …
36 hours of waiting in ER to get a hospital bed, ER Dr. Luss very carelessly released my husband even though he was still in pain, needed a biopsy and was awaiting opinion from our oncologist. Dr. Luss lied and said he spoke to our …
Worst experience of my life. Human rights being violated. HIPPA rights violated. Deplorable conditions. Tried to give no stars. I truly felt sorry for every patient there. Was being diagnosed wrongly by a Dr that was arguing with the …
The ER was a disaster, but in defense of the hospital, it is a Level 2 trauma center near the strip and gets overrun with all kinds of crazy patients (maybe tourists doing stupid things?). The biggest issue was that we were sent there …
Everything was great except the two women that was suppose to be at the front desk to check in, whether it was for visiting or expected outpatient surgery. OP surgery person took someone to the ER. Do you not have transport people to do this service?
I went in for breathing problems and swelling in my legs. The Doctors and staff was very attentive but they was trying to keep me for further evaluation but I was ready to get out of there!! I know I should have stayed but my job was at stake, so I left on a ADA. Overall they treated me well.
My daughter had to be taken to the children’s emergency room. she was seen quickly and the staff made it a priority to make sure my daughter felt comfortable. I highly recommend this hospital>
I am very thankful with all the Staff at Sunrise Hospital. Everyone was very helpful and I was treated great. I went twice to the ER and and have also delivered there at Sunrise. Great Hospital but over all Awesome workers. Thank you 😊 …
This surgery was an emergency for a retinal detachment. The nurses and staff were friendly and compassionate. They made me feel at ease. First rate experience.
After waiting in the ER waiting room for 20 hours and never actually going into the ER or going upstairs to a room I left and went to a hospital that actually cares about their patients. Why Sunrise Hospital hasn’t been investigated I have …

ED and hospital staff were great. It was a busy day but I sincerely appreciated the care provided by the Team at Sunrise. Thank you for what you do each and every day! It matters so much!
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the ER Waiting room was dirty and grimey. The food served while admitted was absolutely vile – The eggs tasted (and smelled) rotten. The “pot roast” smelled like Alpo dog food. I get that hospital …

Boi here we are at it again haha the desk nurse has held onto an IV bag of antibiotics and pain meds for my father for over half an hour, she seems to be more interested in flirting with her immediate supervisor, and posting “hard at work” …
The value in the medical field here is lost and it’s disheartening to see the lack of compassion a lot of these individuals possess. The wait time overall is about 5 hours or longer. The lack of communication here is quite concerning. …
The care was great. My only concern was that they discharged me 2 hours after them giving me a pain med that still had me loopy and my blood glucose was only 74. I asked if I could remain in the room until I got my bg back up over 100 and …
If I could put negative stars I would. They treated me and every patient in there with the upmost disrespect. They violated hippa laws, I saw the doctor discharge a patient and why do I know he has a uti. They didn’t treat me. And then I …

My experience in outpatient surgery was so much better than what I had expected. From the time I entered the facility until my discharge there was a team of professionals who addressed all questions and concerns I had. They made me very comfortable and were very thorough and left nothing to be desired.
My advice- avoid at all costs. I was transferred to Sunrise from another hospital at 230 am because Sunrise supposedly has the surgeon I need. It is now 137 pm and I am not being monitored, no meds given, and no surgery member has appeared. …

As always, incredible staff…beautiful lady greeting me at the front desk. She was wearing lovely matching diamond and blue jewelry with everything matching. She is a star ! Unique setting for my Mammo in a trailer, lovely techs and, with the exception of parking, thoroughly pleasant experience…..
Staff were friendly at check-in and during my daughter’s surgery process. I felt welcomed at the hospital. It was a great experience for me, especially dealing with my daughter who has ASD.
Update from my previous review…the saga continues. I received a copy of my medical records today from my recent ER visit and so glad I ordered these to review. My records do not reflect the actual services provided during the ER visit, …

I’m thankful for nurses like: Humayoon, Kristen, And the CNA Jenn. I’m thankful for Dr. Astour and his team that made my stay comfortable. Thank you!
The nursing staff on Trauma ICU were exceptional. Every one of them. Megan, Jacqueline and my night nurse could not have been more helpful to a patient who always seemed to need something. Thank them for me for making a difficult time better.

I had not been in this hospital for approximately 15 years. Back then it was dirty and not up to date. However, now in 2023 the Sunrise Hospital has been updated and it is clean, organized, and all the staff are excellent. I would highly recommend Sunrise Hospital to my family & friends.

I star because I have to add something. Worst hospital I’ve been to. You’ll be better received at Henderson. These people don’t care about Noone. I’ve been here for 7 hours got my blood taken wrongly. I’ve seen 4 people release themselves because the wait was too long. Seen people crying and nurses rolling their eyes. Horrible

Terrible experience! I was in the ER for 7 hours just to be sent home without even an exam. The doctor probably spent a total of 45 seconds with me. Fortunately, I was able to get to another facility where I was treated and received great care. I was definitely not important to Sunrise Hospital ER staff.
I’ll always remember our trip to Sunrise Hospital. Heck, my husband is lucky to still be alive after that experience. If I could sue them, trust me we would have, but they apparently have a very strong legal team based on the fact that my …

The radiology team was so friendly and still efficient. They made me feel so comfortable that my time there just flew by. They are caring and knowledgeable, enough to make you feel like everything is ok, even when your heart feels like it is going to burst. Keep up the good work.
People/staff were great. All friendly and courteous to all around. But logistically it needs help. Took 3 pages to get an X-ray, longer for an ekg. Was scheduled for surgery( I was there at 7:15) doctor arrived at 9:30, which was his time, but I didn’t get into the OR until 11:00.

I arrived at the trauma center around 2am on 30OCT2022
with serious facial wounds and cuts to my face and neck. …

The care I received was ” Top notch”. This was my first experience being hospitalized, and I am very grateful for the personnel you have on staff. They were amazing ! Thank you so much.
Sunrise Hospital was extremely organized. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. They really made my first time having surgery a piece of cake.

Staff were friendly at check-in and during my daughter’s surgery process. I felt welcomed at the hospital. It was a great experience for me, especially dealing with my daughter who has ASD.

Horrible
Recently had our baby here and all of the staff were kind, friendly, and attentive. They explained things as labor progressed and during the aftercare as we waited to be discharged. I could not have asked for a better experience.
