The scale is no concern. If you chill the water in a dispenser you can’t tell the difference. In fact, scale can protect pipes from leeching or corroding. Thankful we have clean tap water when many people in other places of the world don’t.

My landlord and the SSWD want to shut off my water. I have been a disabled type 1 diabetic for 27 years. And, I’m only disappointed that I can’t give 0 stars.
They been doing maintenence or what not but each time so far at least twice this month they bring up out the cockroaches, we would like them to maintain that as well when they fix or tap the main and people should not have bug and especially roaches infestations.
Coming back from camping this is the last thing anyone wants to see is a water leak by the meter. We called SSWD to come out to check out what is going on. They got out here fast they did amazing jobs and very professional Brain , Rowan and Mario thank you
