Not just life insurance anymore! Deirdre Rushin at NC Mutual has helped me with everything from personal auto insurance to all types of restaurant commercial insurance (except workers compensation). Deirdre is responsive and attentive and goes out of her way to provide the best rates and coverage.
Called 3 separate phone numbers I found online and each one of them went to a voicemail that said “sorry we are in a meeting, call back later”. Seemingly not a very professional/reliable organization.
Please do not deal with this company. They are in receivership and are not paying out death benefits or your savings in cash value polices. This company should be shut down. Company does not even deserve a star.
I have been trying to contact NC Mutual concerning a mistake they made concerning an elderly parent. Their contact process via their website does not work which to me is an indication of poor customer service. Further an elderly policy …
Great place to go rent office spaces especially now while they are renovating the upper floors….What I seen so far it’s very nice inside and they have a few rental spaces on the ground floor with an awesome staff..
