After a number of years dealing with uncorrected dry eye, I am particularly pleased that Dr Payant has put forth treatment options that have resulted in eradication of symptoms, perhaps even culminating in correction of this chronic problem.
Just gave it one star because I had to. This place is over priced and billing department is so unbelievably clueless. I went for a “routine” eye exam. They wanted a specialist copay. I explained it should be covered 100%, no copay. They refused to see me without payment. I walked out!
Techs worked around network issues as though they didn’t happen, saw the Doctor quickly and was provided with excellent care. Accepted my insurance and charged a fair price for their services
