horrible customer service, they refuse service to my children over bad customer service, and they blamed me for their mistakes … Sutter Health Plus insurance and I can only use Sutter for services!, which they won’t provide to my family …
Can’t believe that you R closed on the 29th of November and leave no mention or message to let your customers know. Plus you can’t even find a number for billing. That is not the way to run your operation.
No one at my doctors office will answer the phone. someone in billing didn’t do a correct billing to my insurance co. and insurance co. says they won”t pay on a simple office visit. Can’t stand dealing with sutter.
Never been there however given that they employ staff who mock and make fun of patients who are in pain on Tik Tok ( while at work in uniform) I would avoid at all cost. Feel free to reach out for the screenshots & name of employee !!!! Unprofessional at best.

She was quick to bill my PPO Insurance and does not call you to get your lab results back. Office visit over $400.00 for ten minutes of her time. Getting your lab results is part of finding out if everything is ok with test results.
