Sparta Electric and water system are very rude , and unhelpful . they charge way to much . I hate this company … Honestly they don’t deserve a 1 in the ratings …
I cannot believe we have to pay an extra charge for paying online. I pay a lot of monthly bills, the majority of them online, and this is the only company that charges its customers extra for paying online. So disappointing.
The company is terrible, majority of customer service is very brash and rude, and they can basically do whatever they want because you have to go through them to have electricity. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Their system for paying your bill online is completely antiquated and clunky. Hope you don’t accidently write 192.03 instead of 192.02 otherwise you’ll be charged a late fee, it’s a terrible system that needs to be changed. Sparta Natural Gas is miles better than this joke of a website.

Its a monopoly. One day late cause they are closed on weekend so I had to pay 20 dollars more. I dont get a discount for all the times early.
