Excellent
Can never get through to speak to a live person.
In and out quickly and the tellers are always friendly
Not a share branch credit union, but friendly when I asked if they knew a branch that was.
Been my bank since i was a child. Never wronged me and are always very nice.
So the Atm has no $ for 2 days now and of course I have the card you can only use at THEIR Atm!!! Ridiculous
Put a recording app before you call this place….Because they are liars!!! None of the low rating reviews are false…. smh but yeah good luck!!!
they had a great rate on a car loan, and I paid it off . Now on week 6 waiting for my title. They forgot to order it. I bet if I “forgot” my payment, they wouldnt have been so understanding
AWFUL! my husband had an account here for years, and once his loan was paid off, they stated charging $2 every month he didn’t sign up for e-statements. Once he did, we realized we really didn’t need this account, and closed it out. …
Very rude. I casually mentioned I was disputing a transaction and I was told “well, do it again” and I was dismissed. This was just to be a closer place to deposit my checks. My primary credit union is so much friendlier and warmer. I’m glad I saw Code for what they are.
Absolute joke of a credit union. Hidden fees everywhere. When you get a loan through them, you are automatically required to have a savings account with them, which they charge $2 every time they send you paper documents. In order to pay …
I’ve been a member for about 17 years. The amount overdrafts fees charged to my account makes me suspect they hold transactions so they can pillage my money at $29.00 a transaction. My ability to get loans has been a pitiful process. If you’re thinking of banking with them, think again
Been a long time member, service used to be great but it has been going down hill for the last year or so. There always new employees when I go in there, had problems with my card and just blamed it on the store and gave me a number to …
The worst bank ever! I opened a bank account with direct deposit. I was promised $100 for doing so. I never got my money. I have only had this bank account for around one and a half months. I am missing $10 here and $5 there. Very …
I’ve been with code for about 18yrs. I have had problems getting auto loans with them from the beginning. My credit score is over 800 and my last 2 car loans have been elsewhere. I’m in the process of switching to another credit union all …
My mother has been with code credit union since 1999 she’s not happy with them at all
I am so disappointed in this credit union. I thought I would give them the benefit but nothing has changed with them. The person I was working with never followed up with me nor did she call me back after I called twice and left a …
This Credit Union has been nothing but fair to me since I moved to the area 22 years ago. However, how they are handling the renewal of Debit Cards as they expire is unacceptable. Pretty sure they have not sought alternative sources for …
