Dr. Allen and his staff are some of the most caring and compassionate people that I have found in a medical office. You would be wise to be a patient there.

A horrible experience with Dr Rucker’s staff. I made an appointment and they gave me the wrong address and there phone number for the office on the web was disconnected. Huge disappointment. Brought my 87 year old mother here on a referral for UTI’s that have hospitalize her 2 times in 5 weeks. Waited 1 hour to go back to Drs room after twice asking how much longer. Then waited 45 minutes to actually see the Doctor. While Dr Hill seems nice, we walked away with a “How to prevent UTI” piece of paper.
Dr Castalucci is a great Dr he takes the time to listen to you and is attentive. The staff may be over worked, they may need to hire more help. They don’t call you back when they say they will.
As a long term patient of Dr. Herrman’s I have been going to Urology Partners for years. The nursing and front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming, even though they are typically very busy. Of course I think Dr. Herrman is an excellent urologist and surgeon, who I highly recommend.

Terrible experience! Gave name to Receptionist, spelled out my name, she said I was there for my 2nd appt. I said I had never been there before and she argued with me. After she learned she had my name wrong, she said I didn’t have an appt. I showed a confirmation text message from them, she didn’t believe it. I left!
You are kept completely in the dark here. They don’t return phone calls and when they do they won’t give you any information. I was told if I needed anything explain to me that I needed to make an extra appointment. Being professional and communicating with your patient’s goes a long way.
