worst public service ever..our bill went up 4 X our average usage for no reason.called and left messages on their site and no one gets back with an explanation
They are horrible. If you miss a payment they won’t forgive you, they will force you to pay the penalty. They know we have no choice and have to stick with them.
Have a flooding situation in the street. Left 4 messages this morning, noone picks up or returns a call, drain under street is clogged, have stagnant water , even rising on my drive way. No rain for pasy hour and half, no excuse. Very upset
I agree with he previous comment, the bill sometimes comes late in the mail, and they charge late fee no matter matter. They even charged the late fee when I made payment on time. I have made many attempts to try to contact the bill department to correct the mistake, and nobody pick up the phone.
This water company share the same address number as my home address number. The mail delivered my check to their address, and they cashed the check with my name on it. When I finally spoke to someone, they said it was credited to my water …

North Springs is great until you have a bill that you forgot to pay – they will NEVER waive the $25 late fee. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been paying your bills on time. They are desperate for money like the rest of the City!
I’ve lived all over South Florida and can say that, hands down, this is the worst water company in the area. My bill goes anywhere from $300 to $88 without any explanation or leak. Also they charge late fees in which other water utility companies never have.
Good customer service, they just didn’t want to or policy wise don’t remove penalties. I guess north springs is a private water company with no tax funded money? …
