This place needs to be reported to the news or to the mayor. They hang up on you when you need service or they keep you on hold and never assist. They do not help their own citizens.

If any other company is viable go with them. Greedy company outdated out of nowhere for 3 months my water bill spiked to $200 called them and finally sent a worker out could not determine the problem and said “you’re on your own”.
Careful if you want to move to Alton. Places like this, will charge you more than bigger cities! Talking $100+ for using very little water and they charge an arm and leg for sewage/trash. Mission charges half. This small backwards city needs to get their act in check before people leave to another city!
