  1. I HAVE CALLED CONTINUOUSLY FOR DAYS AND I CAN’T GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SOUTH TEXAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS HORRIBLE, NEXT TIME I WILL BE SURE TO GET MY ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I GAVE IT A 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE, IT WOULDN’T LET ME POST WITHOUT ONE.
