North Range Behavioral Health Reviews ( 20 )

  1. I came to pick up my girlfriend just now and no one was waiting when I came and I was told to sit and wait and then someone else came 30 min later got help then I got asked what I needed why did I have to wait? It was so pointless

  2. This is a review for the front office. Every single time I call I get put to the answering machine. You are dealing with people whom need your help in order to cope and you ignore them. This needs to change or maybe the people whom work the phone need to be reminded how much patients are told to get help with your help unavailable!

  3. My pediatrician referred us here for my son and the person we saw talked to us then said she wouldn’t see him, she isn’t right for him. Nothing else said. I was referred to them! Our pediatrician was baffled as well.

  4. My wife went in to be treated for her anxiety, and was diagnosed as bi polar and was prescribed epilipsy medicine. Looking for a private practice now. These doctors are useless

  5. This place is the worst mental health care place my son has gone to and we have been to 2 other states. I have waited an hour for our appt. Just plain ridiculous. The doctors do not care what so ever. If you can go anywhere else do it. Save you alot of time.

  6. The lady at check in was great. The girl who made my appointment old me the wrong date and the front desk lady helped me out right away. But the gir who took my vitals i dont think she did it correctly. She should get help on that and with being polite.. Other than that kristen and the front desk lady were awesome

  7. Appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. Voicemail said to arrive at 9:30am. Lady at front desk said I was supposed to arrive at 9:00am. Waited one month for this intake appointment just to be told I need to reschedule. Way to treat someone seeking mental health help.

  8. Told me to sign a blank form as my “treatment plan.” Refused to provide me with my own medical records. I was a voluntary patient and have never had problems with the law in my life, never used any illicit substances, do not even drink or …

  9. North Range is incredibly uneven and your experience depends on luck. A couple of the providers in the Crisis unit can provide help and get a person past a rough spot. Other times, I’d get a therapist that was clearly to busy to spend time …

  10. I wanted to try EMDR therapy and I was told I would have to see one of their med providers a “Dr.” Ayesha Rehman. As I told her that I didn’t do well on anti-depressants, but she insisted I take a different one than the one I was taking. …

  11. Had an appointment when I showed up they said the appointment was supposed to be 2 days prior, okay maybe I made a mistake I mean I did go to the wrong building after all. So they give me a number to call for the correct building, I call …

  12. If I could put 0 stars I would. Northrange is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever dealt with and the fact they deal with mental health is astounding due to the lack of empathy and organization. Anytime I have attempted to make …

  13. I thought I was in great hands. But I was totally wrong. Was diagnosed with depression and my psychiatrist (Dr. Reyman) prescribed me with Wellbutrin. Was taking it for about 4 months until March 2021. I was running low on medication and …

  14. The therapists themselves have all been great, but North Range is extremely unorganized and uncaring. They assign you a therapist that just leaves in a couple months (switched 4 times in less than a year due to therapists leaving them), …

  15. Terrible. If you are looking for MAT program (Suboxone program), I suggest you go anywhere else. Extremely disorganized. After a month of multiple appointments and countless phone calls, they simply have not delivered any results or even …
