  1. After speaking with an amazing young woman in billing they were able to resolve everything that has previously gone wrong. Medical billing is a rough job so just make sure you communicate all details with them. It may take a few weeks but once they know something went awry they are quick to resolve.

  2. The imaging center staff let me know they utilize “TRA” to read the studies. I was impressed by the TRA solution that gave me access to the images and reports via their portal. Pretty cool!

  10. Apparently my insurance information was mistyped during hospital registration. Texas Radiology contacted me before sending the claim to review my information. I thought the portal was very easy and convenient to use.

I called Texas Radiology Associates LLP and explained the situation, the lady at their billing office was very understanding and immediately offered me a payment plan based on what I can actually afford. Great doctors and great service.

  18. Great service. I got a text about my bill and managed to access my account on their portal to view my statement. They even let me request a payment plan. I recommend you submit your questions on their contact us form if you don’t want to wait over the phone.

  25. Horrible customer service. They continue to send texts stating I have a balance due but still haven’t billed my insurance. Confirmed they have it, they just haven’t done it but continue to harass me about a balance. Trying to get through to someone is difficult and their payment portal doesn’t have a contact option.

  26. As a self employed person with no insurance, I appreciate Texas Radiology Associates understanding. They gave me a reasonable discount and a flexible payment plan. I requested a call back and the agent from the billing department responded in 30 minutes. What’s best, is that their call center seems to be in the US!
