The atm deposit service is always unavailable.. what’s the point of having that service on the atm if it’s always unavailable.. big inconvenience coming all this way
I find it extremely disturbing that when you phone this branch they do not answer the phone during normal business hours. A simple question should not require multiple follow-ups.

I visited in the morning when the bank opened to get a new debit card printed and to get loan information. The woman who helped me was very helpful and most of all patient with all of my questions.

Just received a statement and they are charging $10.00 a month for inactivity..$30.00 deducted from our measly account. I will be closing my account ASAP. We were never informed of such a charge when we opened it.
Branch employees are very kind and helpful in person. The location is great and the facility is updated. The only downfall is it is close to impossible to get anyone from thus branch on the phone, making it difficult to make payments, ask questions, get in formation, etc.
Spoke to a very polite and professional rep. today on chat, Erika-Marie. She did an outstanding job and helped me with some issues. Very good customer service.
I have had a savings account with them since I was 5 year’s old so I have been a member with them for about 26 year’s now and that’s when they still were HLR federal credit union. My mother is chairman of the board. Never have an issue here always treated with respect and anytime I have an issue it’s resolved fast and easily.
Those that work here are very polite and helpful whenever needed. Nice bank. Could use extra cleaning here and there compared to the other banks but overall never had a bad experience doing business with this bank.

Why oh why are you still closed? I can sit in a theatre audience, schools are open, all other banks are open, but I can’t walk into your lobby for 4 minutes. Ridiculous. Way to make it super hard for customers! Vaccine your employees, don a mask, and open up your credit union. It’s time.

Not only are there Limited “In- Branch” hours- But I have called 3 times today and waited 10 minutes each time and have spoken to no one. I lost my debit card10/22 and it expected it to be delivered by 11/1….. the latest… sir, its not here!
