Lazy and incompetent. Too busy to do their job and call in a prescription for a 4 year old who can’t breath. Absolutely embarrassing. Will not be going back
Was really impressed 2 years ago but service has gone down in quality. Getting a person on the phone let alone an apt to be seen for illness/injury has become a lengthy and tedious process.
Friendly and highly recommended doctors just not for us. We were pretty much, in a subtle way, told by Dr. Hiltunen to find a different practice for our children.
Hands down the best pediatrician practice we have ever had! Highly recommend them! From the office staff to the nurses/doctors the care is first rate all the time.
Very difficult to get added on as a new patient. Their office never gets back to you, when you call all you get is voicemail, no way to check if records have been transferred, very disorganized.
This office was HORRIBLE to work with. Dr Sheehy showed no compassion whatsoever for my son and made navigating his health challenges much harder for us, rather than supporting us through them.
We’ve seen doctor Andreas Athanasiou Since 2013. He and his staffs are so pleasure to work with.

My kids see dr Jones along with a few other doctors and nurse practitioners and they all except one, have done a great job taking care of my kids when they are sick! They are very kind and never make me feel like I’m a pain as I bring my kids in quite frequently. I feel like my kids are in good hands there and definitely recommend 🙂
Have used for years but something changed. Office staff is indifferent, uncaring and at times, rude. Care and welfare for children has been marginalized and service is now terrible. Getting an appt is like winning the lottery. Response to a recent urgent situation is “go to ER or Urgent Care.” Parents and children deserve better!
