They’ve done updates to the property which have been great! They also host events for kids many times a year which is awesome and great for our community!
Like it. It’s close to everything: HEB, school, food, movies, etc. Only thing is sometimes they take a while to answer work orders. Staff is really friendly and they have fun events where you can win free stuff!
I went in and applied they took 110 dollars from me told me they would know answers Monday well it is now Thursday and I can’t even get ahold of them I get sent to where I can leave a message and they have not called me. So they took my money and didn’t even get back to me and now I am sent to a voicemail.
They never fix anything and the way their utilities are calculated left me paying all of it because I had no roommate so paying almost 100 dollars extra a month because of the summer and no roommate which I could not control. They don’t care.
