  1. I always get EXCELLENT customer service at this practice . Dr. Govind goes out of her way to help me with my hearing aid questions and she resolves the problems I have had in a competent yet very patient manner

  2. Lauren McKay was amazing and she did a fantastic job. All of a sudden i started feeling that my ears are blocked and need more volume to listen. I went to the doctor and had a quick check-up and i was back to normal in few mins with her …

  3. I had a great experience, I was a little apprehensive reading the other reviews, but they must have been suffering from their illness because it wasn’t bad at all, in fact, went in on time, no long wait in the little room, love the nurse and my wonderful nurse practitioner..Thanks

  4. Probably the worst ENT I have ever been to. The staff is lazy, the Dr. is arrogant, the wait room is crowded, the wait times are long, and the prices are way too expensive. I wish I went to a different ENT in College Station.

  5. My Dr. recommended them. I was having some water in my ear issues. They checked them out and I needed to have some wax removed. They cleaned my ears out and all Good now. 👍👍 …

  6. I’m not sure why these other negative reviews but I love this Dr office. They are personal and the dr answers all my questions and after surgery I was having complications and even offered to meet during closed business hrs to make sure I was ok.

  7. My family returned to College Station just to see the good docs at Texas ENT after many tries with new practitioners in the Austin area. Worth the trip to feel listened to and confident in treatment!

  8. Well, I called on Weds, 28Sep16, for a hearing test and consultation for a potential cochlear implant. I had been so busy but my hearing has been steadily deteriorating. I might have 40% normal hearing. …

  9. We love Dr. Seltzer. Performed adenoidectomy/tonsillectomy and tubes on both my kids. Excellent Dr! Kind and very child-friendly staff. Most awesome kid’s tv-room.

  10. We went to see Dr Salzer for our son and from the start he was amazing. We love the entire staff! We were greeted with smiles and just pure respect and all. Dr Salzer was able to fix up our son and it didnt cost an arm and leg. Thank you Dr Salzer and staff for taking care of our boy!

  11. DO NOT GO HERE! COMPLETE SCAM!
I went here back in November for a simple clogged ear and wound up paying $450 after they were done with me. They didn’t just remove the wax from my ear but …

  12. I don’t recommend. I had to cancel my appointment for initial allergy drops due to COVID 19 and they charged me $300 for the drops anyway. They told me the office manager would call me, and she never called. I have tried to call the …

  13. Dr. Bill is wonderful. He explains everything and never rushes the visit to get to the next patient. He loves animals and cares for their owners just as much.

  14. This place is a JOKE! They care more about the money than helping their patients. I don’t recommend anyone go here if they are self-pay… You won’t get any answers just a runaround and your money has gone down the drain each visit no answers… No scope; no nothing. (Dr.Price and Dr. De Jong) JOKES

  15. I do not understand all of the bad reviews but I have noticed that they seem to be associated with the hearing side. We are very pleased with the care we have received from Dr Kuppersmith and the staff. The waiting room is full because the Drs are good.

  16. Went there through the Veterans choice program. They were great at first, had 3 hearing test done then I needed hearing aids and it went downhill. Its been 2 months and I still dont have any hearing aides ordered, but it looks like it may …

  17. We were referred here to have tubes put in my daughter’s ears. The procedure was fine and the doctor was great. The problem I have is the entire office staff is rude and condescending. Take your business elsewhere until the whole lot of them is replaced.

  18. I’ve about had it with healthcare “professionals” lately. I am so tired of wasting my time with physicians and specialists who treat you like you are nothing more than an obstacle to their lunch or in this case a phone call. My son has …

  19. Will never come back! As a health professional myself, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Staff does not know what they are doing. Even when you try to explain something, they don’t listen. In the end, they were wrong …

  20. Dr. McMahon is first class. He treats his patients with respect and kindness. He has good “bedside” manner and really listens to what’s going on. The staff treated me with respect and courtesy. Overall, I recommend Texas ENT.

  21. I’d recommend Texas ENT & Allergy to everyone. They’ve taken care of my needs…fast and efficient, with a knowledgeable staff. I’m a happy customer who breathes better now!

  29. This place is an absolute SCAM. March 4th, I went to Signature Care emergency room breaking out in a major hives rash. I was sent home with steroids and a few other medications, which worked for the time being, but my hives came back a few …

  30. I have been going to Tx ENT for many years, but for the last year or so, this place has fallen apart. I paid $450 to get hearing aid fixed and two new ear molds. They could not fix it! The new Audiologist couldn’t check it on computer. I …

  31. I moved to college station year ago, my Baha Cochlear Hearing aid needed to get upgraded/ get revaluated for a new Baha. So I contacted a Cochlear representative, they pointed to Texas ENT & Allergy- Audiology. I got turn down for evaluation because I got my Implant surgery in an different area/clinic.

  32. Dr. Ronald Kuppersmith spent less than 5 minutes and so fast and dismissive of listening to any of my concerns. He was very condescending in wanting to hear any concerns. I would not recommend anyone to this place. I totally agree with the other person who reviewed this doctor poorly.

  33. Front desk lady was rude and just hateful. (Older lady with glasses and black hair.) Dr Price was short and unprofessional made my husband and I feel like we were trash and low class. He spent 10 minutes tops in there and acted like we were …

  34. I felt like the personnel testing me for the possibility of loose crysals in my ear were very disinterested and dismissive as to any problem l may be experiencing. Really felt belittled, and not taken seriously. As a nurse myself, I know what to expect from a medical team. I will no longer use their services.

  41. Excellent service very Curtis staff pleasant environment excellent Doctors implant was done in time without any pain in
Very satisfied with the service provided

  42. This has single-handedly been one of the worst places to go for hearing issues. The nurses are rude and they keep you waiting an hour past your appointment. Don’t answer my calls either. Horrible.

  43. Texas ENT & Allergy offers professional service and expertise. I was informed in detail of what procedures to expect and then they explained to results to me in detail.

  44. More explanation from Tecs and Dr on what they were doing and what results/conclusion they may have arrived. Almost all information I obtained which was sparse was from the questions I asked. Had I not inquired, I would have left with 3 prescriptions and a return appointment and not known much more.

  45. Best experience form the moment I called. I was able to get in and be seen by the Doctor quickly. I would recommend this group of ENT’s and their staff to all my friends.

  46. Dr Price and his Staff at Texas ENT are fabulous. He knows what he is doing. He doesn’t just throw antibiotics at your kids and call it a day. He finds the actual problem. Thank you Dr Price & Texas ENT.

  49. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Most importantly, Lauren McKay carefully vacuumed two ears. Even if you whisper, I’ll hear you now.
Try ’em. You’ll probably like ’em

  50. Original appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Called and told I needed to come back in 4 days. Paid my copay again, 5 minutes again and told to come back in 6 weeks and that by then, my broken nose would heal and I probably wouldn’t care about having surgery at that point. Don’t waste your time.

  51. Dr. Marshall Snow misdiagnosed my wife which resulted in months of unnecessary treatment, medical and emotional stress as well as unconfortable financial burden. I highly encourage to look at alternative doctors as his care was not genuine …

  52. Wonderful doctors, nurses and staff! Polite, friendly and easy to work with whenever you call. Doctors are very knowledgeable, as are all who work with them. So appreciative for their help and guidance.

  53. The nurses and Dr. Price were very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Price was very thorough in checking my sinuses. He was very helpful in determining the next step and referring me to another doctor.

  54. While the doctor was friendly, I had a similar experience to others. I have a history of sinus issues that seemed to be returning. The doctor did a simple endoscopy. I was not informed of any charges and was only told “if it appears on your …

  55. I don’t recommend if you have Cigna insurance. Visited this establishment last year for my son’s hearing test, I was charged in network rate. I then went in again this year for a repeat test and Boom! I was charged out of network. To say I …

  56. Wonderful staff and facility. Dr. De Jong is a great doctor. He was very thorough and made me feel a lot better about my daughter’s procedure. The staff even called to check in with us after we left the hospital.
