Same complaint as everyone else , they never answer the phone.
No ONE ! Every answers the phone or returns your phone call, so if there is questions your having regarding payment of your bill, etc etc there no one to speak to.
They are very helpful and kind on the phone. Setting up service was easy.
If keep the bills paid about a quarter ahead of time, then they are OK. ( not great – just OK ).
I called and asked that they pick up the trash can because my HOA decided to go with one company. They waited 3 weeks to collect can and when they did they left the trash that was in can and that was prorated and paid.
No one ever answers the phone when you have questions or concerns. They didn’t pick up my bulky items! Terrible service! Recommend trying another service.
I’ve left several messages and I’ve emailed. No one returns calls nor emails. I’m not sure if this is a legitimate business anymore.
They canceled service in our neighborhood with next to no notice or explanation, never replied to emails or phone calls and did not come to pick up the trash containers. Very disappointing service.
they don’t have the curtesy of sending a invoice and if you don’t remember you just found out when the trash is there 5 years using this service and when you call they don’t care to loose a client just to have the trash can empty

Terrible customer service. They didn’t pick up my trash last week, had to call several times to get a response. Turns out they aren’t serving my area anymore, supposedly they taped a notice on my trash can to let me know (I never saw it). Owner was very rude on the phone. Three weeks later they still haven’t come to get the can.
They have never missed a pickup in our neighborhood in the 5 years we have been with Taylor Made! The workers are friendly and I always get my calls returned after leaving a message.
I have used this company for several years. They have definitely gone way up on their quarterly trash collection price. Professionalism and courtesy to their customers is non existent. They don’t return phone calls or reply to emails unless you’re late with a payment. I would never recommend this company.
This is my trash pick- up service. I have found this company to be very reliable and they will inform you of schedule changes around the weather or holidays. The owner and staff are nice and professional. I feel blessed to have them assist me with this service!
