Would give zero stars if possible! This place is a joke. They misdiagnose and refuse services when needed. You would be better off going to a witch doctor.
What into the ER after having about 10 epileptic spells had a few drinks of course but a nurse was in the hallway explaining that I’m coughing and acting the way I’m acting because I’m drunk and at what my alcohol level was in front of …
This is a horrible hospital I fell down a flight of stairs and was unable to walk or put any pressure on my leg and they denied me medical attention because I forgot my ID at home and then continued to say they can refuse anyone they like if they think it is not a life or death situation
I and a friend both had the experience, that at the walk in clinic, we waited over 3 hours to be seen and no doctor came. Walked out very upset. Will never go back to sheridan hospital.
The receptionist was rude when I got there with the worst pain I’ve ever experienced I told the doctor what was wrong and he basically repeated what I said back to me never even looked at the problem area I told them that I had been given …
Great staff, quick visits, and you don’t spend 20 minutes trying to figure out which floor to get on and which hallway to turn down. Last thing I want to do when I’m sick is try to navigate my way around a hospital and hope the part I’m looking for is near the door I was actually able to find a parking spot by.
Both times I brought one of my children to their “family walk-in clinic” we waited HOURS to be taken care of. They shouldn’t call themselves a walk-in clinic if you are getting served as if you were in a regular hospital. If you have a non-emergency, expect to wait, wait, and then wait some more. Horrible experience.
The receptionist Debra is rude and disrespectful. The place was empty and it took over 45 minutes before anyone came to get us. If you wanna live I would highly recommend going to a different hospital. This place doesn’t care about anything but keeping you here as long as possible to milk your insurance companies.
Had a fever of 103-102 for a day and a half. I was there 2 hours and got nothing. Extremely useless staff. Doctor Frey is a joke. Terrible people. No cars in the parking lot but apparently they were very busy. They should be shut down.
While waiting in the waiting room I observed a RN come and get a patient for a procedure. His daughter asked if she could get a wheel chair for the elderly man and with disgust on her face she retreaved the wheel chair, brought it up to …

This is the worst hospital to speak to anyone in their billing department. The receptionist tells me they only have one person that handles billing. How is this possible for a hospital. When they want their money for bills we are expected …

The main reason for giving them 4 stars is for the registration department being under staffed and I’ve had some issues with the billing department. Both of these areas do need work however, those are white collar upper management …

Very friendly staff! Great care!
Fast treatment, super nice people, very knowledgeable and caring. 🙂

Dr Gaffney was arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. The hospital room itself had a soiled bedsheet from the previous patient in the room.

Small town hospital with lots of services so you don’t have to drive to GR. Lab is open 24/7 as well all the walk-in clinic and ER.
Helpful welcoming experience during a night emergency trip
