I LITERALLY just watched these guys on 25th St S.E pick up trash.. Have trash fall OUT.. Dragged the containers off and just left the trash that fell out sitting in the driveway of a nursing home.. Dude even stopped and looked at it smh

Just watched one of the collectors dump a full recycling bin into the trash can next to it, spilling a lot on the ground and then dump all the recycling into the trash. Ohh and the stuff that fell, he just left on the ground after kicking some of it into the runoff drain.
Scammers. Not sure if they lie to apartment companies or if properties know about their scam. They do not recycle. They put trash and recycling in same truck. They have lied to my face when I confronted them.
This is the worst trash company.
They miss picking trash every week. I am tired of calling them to make sure it gets picked up on time. But nooo they never do.
Terrible all around. I initiated service over a month ago for pick ups 3 times per week and they have only shown up 2 times total despite calling and speaking with a manager more than once a week. The manager told me “sometimes that just happens”. Just a terribly managed company with no regard for their customers.

If recycling is important to you, do NOT contract Tenleytown Trash. They just dump the recycling from the blue bins into the trash cans and then all the waste goes in together into their sewage-leaking truck. No stars would be my rating if it were optional.
BEWARE! They consistently don’t pick-up trash. Despite paying our bill we’ve had to call over 10 times in just the last month to get regular trash pick up, the service we are paying for.
