To send people 30 day notice for 120$? Reverse discrimination by almost all utility companies but especially the water company is RAMPANT!!! I work with people of all ethnicities and we all compared utility bills. The water company is the worst. African American friends got NO 30 day notices. SHAME

I asked RWA to come out and do a service call. I stated I would pay out of pocket for the call. The woman on the phone decided it was better to argue with me for over 5 hours why she shouldn’t send someone out instead of scheduling the call.
