We are a group of 18 ophthalmologists, each possessing a unique area of expertise. Our doctors cover all the ophthalmic subspecialties, enjoy clinical appointments at Yale University, and participate in clinical research trials. Our team also includes a low vision specialist, certified orthoptists, certified ophthalmic technicians and assistants, certified retinal angiographers, and licensed opticians. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the assistants stood around gossiping while the waiting room had several patients waiting to be seen. Most everyone likes to feel their time is valuable and aides that stand around talking after being given paperwork feels disrespectful of the clients time being important.

The Eye Care Group is like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, and prompt.
Never got my prescription when I checked out. Secretary only gave me notice of next date. Tried calling 3 times and then finally got someone after waiting and they said they could fax it or send it by mail. Never got a fax. Hard to get ahold of any person to speak to.
Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Care is top notch and I have grown to trust Dr Geffen and his staff. Noone else touches my eyes.
My experience in this place was amazing. It was my first time coming to this Eye care center and they treated well. I had to wait a little longer because they were doing test on me and since I was new they had to put my information in. I would recommend this place.
