  1. Call on a Friday afternoon 13:30 (during working hours), waiting online for more than 20 mins, still not be transferred to a representative. Tried one more time, still not connected to representative.

  2. Awful customer service. I have been emailing and calling for months now, just trying to get a change of address sorted out, and I have been put on hold 20+ minutes every time. Unresponsive to email and unwilling to help when they finally do reply to emails.

  3. A whopping no stars for this lot. Customer service, they couldn’t spell it never mind offer it. 30 minutes on hold listening to torturous muzak. Will they answer in this lifetime? I think not. A disgrace, but then it is Seattle!
