Had a nice visit here. The staff were super helpful and they were very professional. The facilities are very clean and up to date. It was the nicest place I have ever been for medical imaging.
Tried to call every month about my bill and was never able to get a hold of them.They sent me over to collections and then refused to help. Misquoted me on the MRI as well and didn’t mention that the injection was not included in that …
They billed us $1886.00 for an MRI. We got an MRI in Provo for $500.00. They didn’t tell us our insurance was out of network so we were stuck with the entire bill. Thus the one star.
I had to come here for an MRI of my knees following an accident and they were very friendly. The tech was awesome, asked if there was a particular type of music I like so he could put it over the speakers and even offered a blanket as it can get cold. Very professional and would go again if I needed anything else.
Small clinic with great professionals. I was able to get in and out with little paperwork and time. While getting my mri they played my choice of music and during the X ray the staff talked with me making the awkward experience of an x ray that much better. A great place to get work done.
Wife: I went in for an 8-week early ultrasound for a pregnancy. The ultrasound tech was not personable, informative, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She would not let us listen to the baby’s heartbeat, take pictures of our baby …
We visited here for my wife’s first ultrasound appointment and it went swimmingly. The nurse was very helpful and we got to have several photos of our unborn child.
Like a couple of other reviews, I likewise tried contacting them about my bill and was never able to get through to anyone. Going in person was not helpful-they couldn’t even give me my balance. (I had misplaced the one they’d sent me and …
If i could give 0 i would. I have been here on multiple occasions for different reasons. They claim to have sent me statements in the mail from each visit i had. I never received any statements. They have poor communication and just send …
