  1. I filed a loan application on- line and never got a response. I called them and they told me I needed to fax them two employment check stubs. I never heard from them again. Bad customer service.

Bank manger terrible ..I hated going into that bank…repo my truck changing jobs for $1200 2 months behind don’t care about your situation.. Wife worked there said it was managed terribly……

  3. I just opened an account here and everyone that was there was very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get in and get what I was needing. My family has been banking here for years and they have never had any problems.

    Extremely rude representative sitting at the desk greeting people. At the busy times of the day they always have one teller, on top of that, that one teller is slow and doesn’t show like she wants to be at work.
