The phone numbers for them go to a fast busy or straight to, what sounds like, a personal voicemail system. I have questions about a bill I received and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. How unprofessional!
Very rude and dismissing staff, the office manager acts as if she was the owner and you are bothering her, really disappointed being that it’s such a big practice and have spoke to Dr. Melo and Dr. Isiguzo in the past and is really shocking that the doctors treat you better than their ASSISTANTS.
They never answer the phone. As someone who works in a medical front office this is unacceptable. I don’t know if they need more help or what. But this is ridiculous, you’ll call in the middle of the day and no one is available to speak to you.

Went in to see dr Amalakuhan and it was a great experience. He has great communication skills with patients that really have never been in this predicament before. I needed a portable oxygen bag and was contacted soon after my appointment in order to get one sent. Great experience.

Dr. Melo’s nurse/assistant Sandra is fantastic. She sends prescriptions to pharmacy before you leave office, provides all paperwork, makes follow up appts, totally efficient, and does it all with a smile. Dr. Melo of course is an excellent pulmonologist and a sweetheart.

After my visit today giving them one star is over rating them. I left there very disappointed on the Doctor that was “filling” in.
Best staff and doctors in town, you don’t have to wait for a long time to be seen and they are all kind and well prepared professionals.
