Be careful, these guys are switching dormant accounts to paid ones without the owners explicit consent. They do this just before they are supposed to turn over abandoned funds to the state of Illinois, and have the nerve to keep charging …
They change the rules as they wish and will not accept complaints, Do not call you back, and give you the phone tag run around in circles very vindictive and resentfull.
I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years. They offer great customer service and the best loan rates I have found, especially for vehicles.
The loan process is the worst I have ever experienced. It took 3 full days to get information for a loan. They made me feel like I was a high risk borrower with 760 credit score. Not the same courteous credit union I remember from my loan process from 6 years ago.
You hold a large check from retirement for 10 days when I needed the money immediately… You cant withdrawal over like $1,800 at a time. Just 2 of the differences between a credit union and a bank. I should not have a hassle when dealing with my own money!

When depositing a check they want to know what it is for, this is none of their business. I have tried to leave messages with Barry, but he will never call me back. Run from this place.
Accuses people of forging checks because the date wasnt written to their standards. Doesnt even try to confirm it is a forged or legitimate check or send it to a supervisor. Great job…
I have been trying to establish a replacement Visa card and have had zero luck finding any help at all. I used to love Earthmover when Terry Taylor was there and everything was done without all of the hoops you have to jump through nowadays. I believe it’s time to start looking for a new bank!

This is an awesome local bank! They are one of the most flexible banks in town for offering loans and they do a lot to support local businesses.

I was shocked by the fee on the change counting machine. Next time I supposed I will be forced to deposit my change into my account one coin at a time

Good bank, polite staff at each facility I’ve visited, helpful when I need it, but my gosh hurry up in drive thru, answer the phone.
