Have never been treated so poorly and I was contacted by bank manager and was verbally attacted threatned and insulted I will never recommend pfcu to any one they don’t care about you only their money
PFCU and staff are always so very helpful and friendly. It’s nice to see all of the familiar faces there each time we visit. Small towns are the BEST!!
Worst bank by far take money from you when you dont even have overdraft on and vary rude lady when you try to figure it out. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!
Just tried to cash a US treasury check (from my tax return) at Proctor Federal Credit Union Denfeld office. I was told “the check cannot be verified and will need a 10 day hold” …..really? A treasury check?! …
Everytime i go to check my balance online there is a different reason as to why i’m not allowed to. From constant site maintenance to them not renewing their website certification. Overall terrible service. …

“Financial institution host system is offline. HO” for what seems like 6/7 days of the week. At least update the error code. Id like to know why.
