This place steals money from their employees!!! I was paying for insurance for Aflac and got a letter in the mail from them saying I didn’t have insurance and if I wanted it back I would have to pay 122.72 this company is like communist Russia and I would never recommend them to pick up your trash!!!!
Why do your employees leave trash cans in the street? This is total BS! Trash cans do not belong in the street. City of Troy needs to do something about Tringali.
Repeatedly they throw my bin down in the street, or in the middle of the driveway. First time, they broke the wheels off a $40 trash bin. This time I asked him to not throw the bin down in the middle of the driveway and he started yelling at me. Reported to the company.
Tringali workers stopped today in front of my home to help young boys repair their bicycles and get them moving again. AND our pick up guy always honks when he is on his way to our house because my son loves to see the big trucks! Thank you Tringali workers for being part of our community!!
Would be nice if your lazy drivers did their job and actually picked up the garbage rather than dump half of it out in our parking lot and leave it. Y’all really hire some lazy people. Easiest job I know of but yet they still can’t do it correctly

HORRIBLE, threw things out of my recycle bin onto the ground that the driver felt weren’t recycleable and left it there. Garbage flying down the street and left. Cans also every where in the street. Came back after I called to complain picked 2 items up and drive past everything else.
Company forced employees to work on a day the post office shut down due to dangerously cold temps. Frostbite is possible in 10 minutes today, but corporate greed took over common sense. Disgraceful to say the least.

This company has been my garbage service for 40 years. They always take what I put out and do not make a mess. They evolve as recycling has increased and have found ways to offset trash removal costs. Keep up the good work.
Drivers and collectors are rude and lazy. They empty the bins placed on the grass at the curb and then throw them in the street which then creates a traffic problem. When you ask them not to put the bins in the street they curse at you!
