Waiting in parking lot for over 3 hrs Noticed all the staff going to lunch. Get a call that they are starting my wife’s procedure at 1:00. Wondering why I’m told I have to stay on premises while they all go to lunch. The only time they have returned a call was make sure they were going to get their money.

I have specific needs for my eyes and they are taken very well taken care of. The staff and doctor take their time to listen to you and explain what is going on with your situation.
