I wish I could give negative stars. This place is absolutely disgusting. They nickel & dime you with no explanation. I’ve been charged extra fees & my payment was made then they returned it without my knowledge and now want another $40 worth of fees. It’s either pay them or have your water turned off. 🤷🏼♀️ …
A team came out this morning to fix a water leak on Henry Lane! They did excellent work and were very courteous in answering my questions. They even made sure the ground was nice and neat where they dug near our meter. Thank you NBU!
