What an awful experience. We tried to open an HSA account with this bank and it was a disaster. Customer service had no idea what they were talking about, misinformation was frequently provided as fact, the bank cannot seem to enter the β¦
Horrible bank bad customer service there online pay or lack there of sucks. Can’t pay your loans online. They get your info wrong on your account and because it’s wrong you can’t access anything until you figure it out but won’t help. Go to β¦
I’ve been with sound credit Union since 99. There have been changes but their customer service is above all. Those negative reviews I don’t understand, but everyone is entitled to their option. Know it’s not factual. All branches I’ve ever went to have given a 100% every time.
Recently rewrote our mortgage with payoff for two other loans. Both payoff balances were incorrect, with us having to pick up the extra at closing. The title company (First American Gig Harbor Branch) then paid off only those accounts β¦
If you love sitting on hold for 30 minutes to an hour at a time, this is the credit union for you. Absolutely unacceptable. Sound, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Worked with Karina this afternoon and was delighted at how quickly she was able to take care of the transfers and paperwork I needed. I hope to work with Karina again in the future and enjoy my next transactions with Sound CU!
This is a regular credit union- okay service at the counter though the drive through is usually slow. The usual services and promos. After three years they still never recognize me. β¦
