One of the classy, better respected schools along the west coast, in the same regional category as Santa Clara, Seattle and Gonzaga. The Hawks & Zags modernized and PLU fell behind fast to stay budgeted in the 90’s. PLU was the largest …
I’m just rating it for a place to walk. Pretty, treed campus, with upper and lower areas and with several ways down and up. Also a lovely pond with lilies.
Campus is beautiful, and you can always find something to do, whether it’s an open mic night or a frisbee game on foss field. PLU is a very welcoming community with small class sizes and friendly professors. The library is a great place to get quiet studying done, and there are lots of places to get coffee!
Sure wish I could buy some merchandise from the book store. It seems that you have to be a student to do so. How about some of us old Alumni that would like to buy a few items? Let me know when you open an online store up. I’d like a couple of sweatshirts, a hat and some license plate holders to start! lol
Nice place! Great University I think. I was there for the covid shot in Olson auditorium. They had a fire drill slowed everything up quite a bit but I got the covid modena.
Nice views of the mountain, great art and places to relax, or get a workout in. Big fields, basketball courts, walking and cycle paths will get you where you need to go. Oh and sick parkour spots!
I’m on the campus almost weekly, because my school is a minute or two away. Always clean, people are welcoming, full of smiles, and they do a lot to give back to the community. Love it.
Be wary of this “christian” university which touts inclusivity and tolerance. If you are a male, if you are white (or even appear white), if you lean right politically, this university will deny you entrance, or directly discriminate …
Just saw PLU’s Christmas special. Incredible! Great orchestra, great choirs, great pipe organ, great venue, cool staff, amazing. PLU is a great music resource for our whole region. Check its site.
The amount of audacity you give your student body is shameful. From the way that they interact with the surrounding community is disgraceful. Having experience the tutor program with my own child and the level of unprofessionalism in that …

Food was really good, fresh and tasty. The staff was super nice.
I applied to 8 schools, chose PLU, LOVE it, no regrets.
Embodying the ideals of a liberal education. Intellectually stimulating in dozens of different arenas.
Absolutely gorgeous campus!
My team and I in the summer get to cheer there and we have a lot of fun
Beautiful campus, very peaceful.
The campus security harasses people, most of the students and faculty are nice, overall don’t go here because it’s not worth the trouble.
Graduated back at the end of 1990-s, but still use their library sometime. Love it!
Security is very tight because of covid 19 besides that everything was great
Great school that encourages original thought, exploration and being a global community. I love my fellow Lutes and love being a Lute!
Beautiful campus, wonderfully small class sizes, and knowledgeable professors. What more could you want?!
Its a good school. But its a lot of money. Know what you’re gonna do and how you’re gonna get into it before you pay so much.
It’s a beautiful place to wander around. Very different feel season to season.
Was on the tennis courts from 9:30 until 3:00. Had a great time!
I really enjoy walking around the campus. So lovely and peaceful.
Nice small college campus. Feels more like a community college rather than university but the campus is amazingly beautiful.
I highly recommend Pacific Lutheran to anyone looking to start their educational journey of life. Mr. Miller has been great to work with. …
Coming from Europe, I felt at home instantly. The small class sizes and engaging professors makes it a great place to be. Hugely reccomended!
Beautiful campus with modern and old-brick look, open space, giant hemlocks, and many departments from science to liberal arts.
It a open, mostly flat, short, nine hole.
Went there really nice
Beautiful campus, near good food spots, gonna come back when the campus is open.

Fun, open course. Great for a quick 9!
Old buildings and gentle spirit
Beautiful campus and very nice staff! Extremely helpful and will give support if needed.
