They said prescription would take 10min. After 20 min they said it would take another 45min. Not nice to make person with a sick baby wait so long. Set realistic expectations with wait times

I have been trying to get to their pharmacy and their phone system is not working – it says press 1 and then after I press 1 keeps repeating the same message – to press 1. Very frustrating – i have tried numerous times. Finally I pressed other numbers – but was never able to talk with anyone.
If you don’t want to be treated like a price tag. I highly recommend this company. It is clear when dealing with the employees here they are non commission. Meaning you get treated like a human.

Amazing company. Their billing representative, Joy, went out of her way to resolve an issue for us, far surpassing our expectations! Wonderful staff, that work well with children too.
Gotta wait for your prescription? No problem you got your choice of cappuccinos or some Pepsi products all for free while you wait. My suggestion is a combination of half cup of their white chocolate carmel cappuccino topped off with their hot cocoa.
Much more than just a pharmacy. The selection of medical equipment (walkers, lifts, wheelchairs, etc) is hard to beat. We got a great deal on a Hoyer lift and I’d recommend checking here before buying elsewhere.

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. Not the first time we have had issues. This time I am 1.25 hrs into my 10 minute wait for a prescription fill.

Very slow service, prescription not ready on time. When you come back, they continue to screw around for a while. You arrive first? Guess what, it doesn’t matter—they take care of others you were ahead of. No reason for it to take so long.

I always use the drive through. They always have new people who seemingly don’t know what they’re doing or what the procedures are. The latest situation is when they seemed confused about my prescriptions asking me who called them in and if they’re supposed to be ready.
