Its a good thing this is a government place of business, if it wasn’t they would be out of business in a week. The rudest customer service there is, They know you need water so they can say and do as they please. I’m Sure nepotism is at play at this location.
Terrible Customer service along with antiquated processes gives this local business 1 star . Definitely hoping there will be competition in this area one day so we are not monopolized. It is not fun being disrespected as a good paying customer with no alternatives and they know it. . .
My water gets cut off prematurely. I’m very rude over the phone admittedly. I pay my water an hour later. Fast forward a month later they are claiming we tampered with the lock and charging $250 This company is a joke. Who pays their bills and cuts the lock all within an hour
After terminating my service and my deposit being sent in the mail, instead of being put back on my debit card. I was charged 25$ for them having to reissue a check that had not been cashed outside of their 90 day expiration. If their were other options, I would recommend not using them.
These people are wonderful people always fix leaks as fast as possible. Even on the weekends. And the water taste AMAZING
