I thought they weren’t supposed to turn peoples water off during the pandemic.
My water goes out every two or three weeks for a whole day. I call, they say oh a water main broke… every couple weeks. Oxford Al is like a special ed city.
Moved in a place they didn’t turn water off first day they wait and came second day which was the day before Thanksgiving at 11am and they closed at 12, now water off until Monday smh5 freaking days
Horrible customer service when calling to make a bill payment the lady was very short and sounded like I was bothering her. Do better Oxford Water we are paying you all. If you hate your job that much find a new one simple
Our water goes out, no joke, for 6 to 12 hours about every other week. It always “breaks” at the worst times, (i.e 6 AM.-4 PM. Saturday…) Whenever I call them, they claim a water main is broken. Terrible service. If there was any other option, I’d be leaving ASAP…
I have to call a few times to Oxford Water Department to ask about a bill or just any issue with my water. Each time they have been very professional, kind, and helpful. Thanks for doing all you guys do to keep Oxford up and running!! Happy customer!!
Rudest people I ever saw. How they get away with this is beyond my comprehension. People have to have water so I assume that is why.
