Great place for auto loans, we just refinanced our house on great rate! Never had a problem with this bank in the 15 years we’ve used them for our loans.

Horrible customer service you have to almost beg for a call back or send multiple emails just to get an answer for almost anything . They either have poor communication skills or lack attention span because simply trying to get answers was exhausting. Got referred to by a couple people but it stops here
