  4. The service is always terrible. The phone numbers are not answered a good percentage of the time. There is no competition, so they simply do not care.   27. Quality water at reasonable rates. Personnel at Quadvest are responsive and had water back online during 2021 freeze before many of the neighboring MUDs.
